1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the piheadtracker.com website and the PiHead Tracker Windows application (the “App”). By using the site or installing the App you agree to these terms.
2. App license
- The App is free and provided for your personal use with the PiHead Tracker device.
- The App and the device firmware are the property of The PiHead Tracker team. The source code is not shared.
- Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, attempting to decompile, renting or selling the App or the device firmware is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- The App may not be distributed on sites other than piheadtracker.com. For your safety, download the App only from this site.
3. Liability
The App is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed that the App will work without interruption with every game and every system. In-game settings, third-party software and hardware differences may affect the results. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
4. Device sales
The PiHead Tracker device is not sold on our site but through trusted sales platforms. Order, payment, delivery, return, right of withdrawal and warranty processes are subject to the terms of the platform you buy from and to applicable consumer legislation.
5. Trademarks
The PiHead Tracker name and logo belong to The PiHead Tracker team. TrackIR is a trademark of NaturalPoint Inc.; PiHead Tracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by NaturalPoint. Game names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.
