PiHead This is an English translation for your convenience. Our data processing is governed by Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”); in case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
The data controller under KVKK is Furkan Korkmaz ve Serdar Mamay on behalf of The PiHead Tracker team (Ankara, Türkiye). You can reach us at destek@piheadtracker.com.
2. The PiHead Tracker app
The PiHead Tracker Windows app does not collect personal data. Your settings and calibration are stored only on your own computer. While “Check for updates automatically” is on, the app downloads only the latest version information from piheadtracker.com at startup and every 12 hours; your IP address and app version may appear in the site's technical logs (see section 3). No other data is sent. You can turn this option off in the app's settings. The app's “support report” is shared only if you copy it and send it to us yourself; it contains your Windows version, device information and app settings. The app keeps a local log file of technical events on your computer; it is not sent anywhere.

Form data is processed through the form service that delivers e-mails to us. The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The servers of these providers may be located abroad; the explicit consent you give when submitting a form also covers this transfer.
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. Support correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved, and your waiting list entry until you leave the list.
4. Cookies and advertising
The site's basic functions don't require cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data, may be used for visitor statistics.
The site shows Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your interests. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings and learn how Google uses data here.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
5. Purchases
Devices are not sold on our site but through trusted sales platforms. Your order, payment and delivery information is subject to the privacy policy of that platform.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Send your requests to destek@piheadtracker.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
